Not much going on at home, but a big day in Germany, with their penultimate fixture of the season.

I quite fancy serial party poopers Cottbus to beat Hamburg at 3.10

It is Cottbus' home form which looks like it might keep them up. They have won their last 4 at home and are 2 points and 2 positions above relegation. They are also one of only 2 teams to beat Bayern all season in the league

Always an aggressive intimidating atmosphere in old East Germany, and Hamburg have gone right off the rails recently, beating only Tail-end Charlies Rostock in the last 8 games, and have dropped right out of the title race

Hamburg have conceded only 4 in their last 6, so Cottbus will not have it easy, but Hamburg are are hardly prolific scorers either, with 6 goals in 10 games..
8 of their last 9 games have been unders and Bet 365 offer evs that it will be unders again today, which I will be happy to take

PS - 4 of the last 5 meetings between Hertha Berlin and Nurnberg have finished 2-1 to the home side.

Clyde v Airdrie away win.

Might be a bit biased towards my side but i think the huge 5/2 price being offered on Ladbrokes is too big to look away. Nothing between the teams in the 1st leg Airdrie simply didnt show up on the day. With nothing to lose i can see the diamonds going for it from the start and hopefully sticking a few past a poor Clyde team.

Wolfsburg vs Stuttgart - Wolfsburg

If Wolfsburg(7th) beat Stuttgart(5th) they go level on points with them with a better goal difference!

Wolfsburg have won 2 of their last 5 at home 1 defeat, last home match was a 0-0 draw with Bayern.

Stuttgart hasnt won any of their last 5 away, losing the last 3 of them.

Braga to beat Academica @ 1.9

Braga have not had a good season but they will want to win on the last day. Braga have lost just 1 of their last 5 at home and have conceded just 10 goals at the AXA Stadium this year. Academica are coming in to some form on the road winning their last 2 on the road but this will be a different match as Braga as I said are very tough to beat at home and will not be vulnreable. Braga are 9 matches unbeaten against Academica and have won the last 4 in Braga which will give their players a lift.

Draw in Tenerife-Sporting Gijon match @ 3.05
Sporting Gijon are in 3rd place a position that will lead them to the Primera but they may have to settle for a point against Tenerife tonight. Tenerife have lost just twice at home in the league this season and have not been beaten at home since the 2nd of December when they were beaten by leaders Numancia. They have drawn their last 2 at home and 4 of their last 10. Gijon have drawn 5 of their last 10 matches away from home and this could be a very difficult one for them although they are good enough to get a point.

Draw in Darlington-Rochdale match @ 3.2

There isnt much to seperate these two sides on paper and there wont be much on the field either. Darlington have lost their last 3 home matches and are winless in 4 at home, but they will have some confidence back after beating Peterborough 2-0 last week at London Road. Rochdale will be the most confident out of the two sides they are unbeaten in their last 3 on the road, drawing the last 2. They have suffered just 3 defeats in their last 10 on the road and will be up for this one. Rochdale are unbeaten in their last 4 against Darlington and I expect them to continue that tonight.

Basel to beat Young Boys Bern @ 1.91

Just 1 point sepeartes these two teams at the top of the Swiss League and the winner will surely take the league. I think Basel will use the experience they have and win this one. Basel have by far the best defence in the league and they have been pretty difficult to beat at the St-Jakob Park this season. They have lost just once at home this season in the league and that was on the 9th of December. Young Boys have not been brilliant away from home this season and have been beaten 5 times away from home in the league. They do concede a lot of goals for a team in 2nd and if Basel can stop their very good offence which I think they can then they will win. Basel have won their last 2 at home against Young Boys and 3 of the last 5 home/away. Young Boys have not won in 16 trips to Basel, so they must defy history tonight.

Porto to beat Naval @ 1.73

Porto will need a reaction tonight after they were hammered 3-0 last week at home against Nacional and I expect one from them. Porto are by far the best team in Portugal and teams find it very difficult to score against them. They won their last away match against Champions League contenders Guimaraes 5-0 and if they fancy this one they will give Naval a good hiding. Naval have found it difficult this season but will be in the BWin Liga next season but they struggle against the top clubs. Porto have won their last 6 meetings with Naval and have not conceded in the last 4.
