The only bet for me today is:
Frederikstad v Aalesund (Frederikstad) (1.65)
Aalesund are a real jekyll and hyde team at the moment. At home they are performing well and scoring goals, away their performances are terrible and they cannot even pick up a single point. Aalesund ended last season with 5 straight away defeats, they have started this season with 3 straight away defeats (8 in all). Frederikstad have 100% home record this season and they have the most sought after player in the league striker Tarik Elyounoussi who is being targeted by Dutch Eredivisie clubs and English Premiership clubs including Chelsea. Aalesund will have Benjamin Kibebe, defender, suspended for this game. Should be a straightforward win for Frederikstad. |

thekop, I agree totally which your suggestion above.
I also think the over 2.5 goals market could be a suitable one to look at also as Fredrikstad have had over 2.5 goals in 4 of their 6 matches so far this season and Aalesund have had over 2.5 goals in 5 of their 6 matches.
This is available at a similar price to a Fredrikstad win @ 1.59 on Betfair. |

Drogheda Utd vs St Patricks -
Dubliners St. Pats still have 100% away record with 4 wins from 4, scoring 8 goals an have yet to conced, Drogheda has played 5 home games so far winning 3 an losing 2, the 2 loses coming agasint Dublin clubs.
Both teams are carrying injury worries with at lest 5 players missing thru' injury for St. Pats an 3 out for Drogheda with late fitness test for Brian Shelley of Drogheda also.
If St. Pats win this game they'll be 12 points clear of Champions Drogheda so i'd expect Drogheda to go out looking to close the gap, tho breaking St.Pats down on the road hasnt been easy which is clear to see from their 4 clean sheets on the road so far. 7 clean sheets from their 1st 10 league games overall, On that note im gonna suggest under 1.5 going at 2.5 with PaddyPower
Might be worth dutching the 0-0, 1-1 an 1-0, 0-1, tho i strongly feel only the 1 goal will settle this tonight, if even!
Other bets to consider would be St.Pats +0 @ 2.1 |

ELFSBORG V OREBRO
This match is being played on the neautral ground at Gavle. I think the stats speak for themselves and Elfsborg are still value at 3/5 (1.60) for the win.
Last time out Elfsborg had an impressive 3 nil win against IFK Goteborg whilst Orebro lost (and played very poorly) away to Gais 3 nil.
Elfsborg have won 5 and drawn 1 of their last 6 games (home and away) with goals for 9 and goals against 1.
Orebro hava won 1, drawn 1 and lost 4 of their last 6 games (home and away) and have scored just a single goal whilst conceding 8.
Orebro will be missing their keeper Westman tonight who came off injured at half time against Gais. They will also definately be without wing back Patrik Haginge and midfielder Magnus Kihlberg. Midfielder Sebastian Henrikkson and forward Kristoffer Nafver are also doubts. With an already small squad this is not an ideal situation for Orebro.
This looks like a banker for Elfsborg to progress and so with my money on it heres hoping! |

alfran, what competition is the elfsborg game in, or is it a friendly?
i've got on the bet as part of a double with thekop's first tip at the top of the page but can't find the score anywhere. can anyone help with this?
Edit: Ignore this, I've just done some research and its in the Svenska Cupen (presume is the swedish cup) and i've found a site with the latest score on. Thanks. |

Half Time and its
Fredrikstad 3 0 Aalesund
Get 20 on 4-0 @ 7/2 --profit 40
Get 20 on 5-0 @ 11/2 --profit 80
Get 10 on 6-0 @ 12/1 --profit 80
Cant see Aalesund scoring a goal here as they havn't done 1 thing of note in the first half. |
