I was thinking of doing something similar myself. Backing home teams to draw HT, win FT. Odds are generally 4.5ish.
I tested it last month and had a fair bit of success but with the lack of games recently I haven't had a chance to keep experimenting but I'm really hopeful with it. I'm going to try and pick 4-5 games a week and take it from there. |

havn't ever tried anything like that before. I'd suggest just trying it on paper first and see how you do |

hey davieboy,
have only tried with singles so far but would defo do a few small stakes doubles and trebles. You only need 1 or 2 singles to break even and if you get the odd double you are looking at a tidy bit of profit |

na, can't help you there I'm afraid. I tried the +1.5 market doing multiples before but it wasn't very profitable. What I have found though is that there are a few teams during a season whose games are regularly overs. If you back them all season you'll turn a profit. Last season was Peterborough for me, season before was West Brom. Check out Odd Greenland in Norway at home this season. Regular overs
My own personal system is backing doubles. I only back home sides and I try and find teams with abysmal away records. Shortish odds are fine by me. Anything above evens (as a double) for me is backable. It's all about research and finding home teams in good form or away teams with terrible records. Speaking of which, when New York Red Bulls are playing away you should consider backing the home team. They have to have possibly the worst away record at the moment |
