Probably One Most Disagree With, But We All See Things Differently.

Blackburn Rovers vs Hull City
Hull show some value here I think away to Blackburn. Rovers have been strong at Home this season winning 6 of their 12 home matches. Blackburn have won 2 of their last 5 matches, while Hull City have only lost 1 of their last 5 League matches. Blackburn have Samba unavailable for this match i believe, following his sending off last time out against Stoke. Blackburn will also have late fitness tests on David Dunn, Jacobsen and Tainio. Hull City will also have late fitness tests on Ghilas, Geovanni and Marney.

Blackburn's season record reads W7 D7 L11 GF25 GA43. Their home stats this season are W6 D4 L2 GF17 GA12. They are 9th in the Six Match Form Standings with a record of W2 D2 L2 GF7 GA10. They have been Drawing at Half Time in 5 of their 12 Home matches. Home losses have come against Tottenham (5th) and Manchester City (6th). Draws have been too Liverpool (4th), Stoke (11th), Sunderland (13th) and West Ham (18th). Home Wins have come too Aston Villa (7th), Fulham (10th), Burnley (15th), Wigan Athletic (16th), Wolves (19th) and Portsmouth (20th). So their home record against Bottom Half sides is W4 D3 L0. But Rovers have only Won 2 of their last 6 home matches in all competitions. Hull's season record reads W5 D9 L11 GF25 GA50. Their Away stats this season are W0 D4 L8 GF7 GA30. They are 10th in the Six Match Form Standings with a record of W1 D4 L1 GF7 GA10. To be fair to Hull they have had some tough away matches including losses to Chelsea (1st), Manchester United (2nd), Arsenal (3rd), Liverpool (4th), Aston Villa (7th), Fulham (10th), Sunderland (13th) and Burnley (15th). Draws have come too Tottenham (5th), Manchester City (6th), Bolton (17th) and Wolves (19th). So their Away record against Bottom half sides is W0 D2 L2. And both these losses came against Sunderland (Who were inform at the time) and Burnley (Who had a very strong Home record and Hull had some very bad luck go against them in this match).

The only previous meeting between these two sides at this ground ended in a 1-1 Draw. IMO Hull have made a very good decision in giving Phil Brown time this season as i couldn't see any other manager getting the results out of this team. But their is a growing belief in Hull. They have got through a very tough set of fixtures in January and are still outside the relegation zone and they now need to push on. Can Altidore's first League goal last weekend spur him on. He has had some good performances of late. This game should have goals as Blackburn have only managed 1 clean sheet in their last 5 home matches and Hull have only kept 1 clean sheet in their last 5 away matches. The last time i backed Hull away from home was at Bolton and they earned a Draw. Here i think they can go one better. IMO Blackburn are too short on current showings @ 1.80 and i am backing Hull to take something from this match.

Selections:
Hull Win @ 4.60 (Canbet)
Hull Win/Draw Double Chance @ 2.04 (SportingBet) - NAP

Liverpool85,
I reallly like the bet, the only thing that worries me is that Hull have not won away from home in over a year.

Arsenal v Liverpool - Arsenal @ 2.11

Liverpool have done well tactically in their last few games and I think they will make Arsenal work hard for the win but Liverpool have still not really been performing well with any confidence and Gerrard is still not really on his game. I think Arsenal will take the important victory here.

Manchester United beats Aston Villa 10/11

Circumstances are different this time..... united back in the flow of things and looking good again for the title, Rooney is putting the goals away and Fletcher is really dominating the midfield now..... Villa will sit back n try n play this like an away game ....... h/t draw f/t utd 7/2 ....... manu wins 2-0
Rooney anytime 5/4......... under 2.5 goals 8/11

Aston Villa v Man United

I think man united will take the points here, they have if memory serves me right an excellent record at villa park. Villa are playing quite well at the moment, but every game for man united at the moment is so important to keep pressure on chelsea. Rooney is also on fire at the moment, and would be a good first/anytime scorer.

Dundee United v Hamilton

I think united will win this, and I think they might even win comfortably, hamilton are a decent side, but are hit and miss, cant see anything other than the home win here

Hibernian v Aberdeen

Reasoning for this is as simple as aberdeen are very poor at the moment, and not travelling well.

Treble here pays about 5/1. Celtic, Chelsea and Tottenham could bump the odds up if you are playing smaller stakes.

Aston Villa v Man United

Aston Villa sit 7th in the league with 41 points, having drawn another game at the weekend. They have the best defensive home record in the league but have struggled for goals recently. There last 8 league game record reads 3 wins, 3 draws, and 2 defeats, scoring 5, conceding 4. They haven't conceded a goal in there last 4 league games, but have failed to make it count at the other end. There home record reads 6 wins, 4 draws, and 2 defeats, scoring 17, conceding 7. The Head to head record favours United massively. Villa have won just 1 of there last 15 league meetings, with United winning 12. At Villa Park United have won 6 of the last 7, the other ending a draw.

The Champions are flying at the moment, and have the best form in the league with 6 wins, 1 draw, and 1 defeat, scoring a massive 24 goals, conceding only 6. They have won 4 on the bounce scoring 15 goals in the process, while conceding only the one to Arsenal last week. At the time of writing they sit top of the league with 56 points, but Chelsea can overtake them with a win against Arsenal at Stamford Bridge today. United have the best away record in the league with 7 wins, 1 draw, and 4 defeats, scoring 25, conceding 12. Rooney now has 21 league goals and is in the form of his life. Odds for the away win are far to tempting.

Everton V Chelsea- Draw 11/4 Tote

I haven't done much tipping or betting for a while, no internet. But having been doing it for a couple of weeks again now, and doing ok. this is my bet of the day tomorrow.

On first look and after the weekend, you'd think Chelsea and with Fellaini out and pienar out as well, its looking good for Chelsea.

But Everton are unbeaten in the last 5 league home games and were unluky to lose against Liverpool in there last home league defeat and again on Saturday. They also drew away at Arsenal in that time, a game they probably should have won Arteta is also coming back and from him and Baines they can be dangerous from set pieces and Chelsea hae been vulnerable this season.

Chelse on the otherhand have been drawing a lot of away games and also drew at home to Everton. They've drawn 3 of the last 5 away, including hull and west Ham. This also includs a defeat to Man City who Everton played off the park. And also a late winner at turf Moor. they've also not been as free scring away.
The 3 last gaes at Goodison between these sides have been 0-0, and 1-0 to chelsea twice. But I just can't see either team losing as Chelsea won't want to suffer abackstep after an important victory on Sunday, and Everton wanting to bounce back from a derby defeat.

I also fancy under 2.5 goals @17/20 with Bet365
and 1-1 @ 6/1.

Liverpool1985 - Sorry to disagree with you....but i would being a Blackburn fan Cheeky

We've been very good at home this season, only losing twice to Man City and Spurs (both 2-0). It might not be pretty to watch but we get the job done in these games Sam identifies as 'must win'. I hate his prioritising and categorising of games...but we've got 3 points off a lot of teams around us at home and i expect that to continue tomorrow night. We're missing Samba due to his sending off at the weekend and are a little short of firepower but with Hull's away record similar to ourselves i can see a 2-0 or 3-0 victory, mainly because of our set pieces.
It'll be an emotional night due to the death of one of our fans at Stoke through idiotic behaviour but i fully expect the players to win for his memory. RIP John Taylor

Also fancy Blackburn to win. Agree Hull are playing well but away from home is a different kettle of fish. Big Sam knows how to win these sort of games.
Fancy Arsenal to beat Liverpool, Arsenal should have at least scored v Chelsea and created few decent opportunities. They do struggle against physical players like Drogba but Liverpool don't have anyone to compare.

Agree with the Dundee Utd and Hibernian predictions a few posts above this.

West Ham to beat Birmingham also. Birmnigham have been going very, very well of late. However I think West Ham will be really up for this, given connections with Gold and Sullivan. But they would have targeted this game as potential winner pre season. Wolves did well v them at weekend til Phillips scored two quick fire goals, hope for West Ham who now have McCarthy, Mido and Ilan for goals.
