OLBG team is 4th.
River win
Once more the best team in the world (River Plate , you know ) is in the FWLP grid. This time away versus Rosario Central.
Data: RP 1st RC 12th
RP away record 2W 2D 0L
RC home record 2W 2D 1L
Well may be a draw, but River is in very good spirit, confident and unbeaten and historically this match has been very favorable to River.
This history is what we call in this locations as "hijos nuestros" (our sons) relationship: all along this century , 16 matches, River Plate win 13 , drew 2 and loose only 1(away) against Rosario Central.
I have placed my joker here for 0-1 as RP is wining this season with few goal scoring and a conservative position. I think it wont be an overs 2.5 goals match.

Last minute news about argentine match
a)River Plate won last night 5-0 vs San Martin (Peru) in a non demanding home match with nice goal combinations, this made me doubt -not change- my under goals guess and 0-1 score.
b)This match may be postponed because of extraordinary difficulties for River Plate team to reach Rosario the city of their rival.

Kashima v Gamba
K is unbeaten home (3 matches no draws) but lost away last week against U3D. Gamba has been irregular and last week drew with the last positioned team. I think both will be cautious and will draw
Rennes v Valenciennes
Doubtful. Both similar in middle table. R home better than V very poor away both in total and in last 6 form. But V impress me beatting GBordeaux home. R draw away with leader Lyon recently. Last 2 head to head (oct, dec) were 0-2 and 3-0 V wins. Bet for draw.
Bilbao v other Valenciennes
B 6/7/3 home vs Valencia CF 7/3/6 looks very similar but the 6-form shows B with 3 wins home and 1/1/1 away and V with 5 defeats and 1 win(away). This figures mean imo B win.
Parma v Napoli
This is a two middle class teams match. Historically head to heads and performance this season show them winning if at home. So P win for me.
Monterrey v Guadalajara
Despite 11 points in 14 matches is the gap between this two (9th and 1st) , M home record is good enough 3/3/1 to be afraid of a draw since also G record away is 2/4/1. Head to heads history does not show a clear prevalence either though Chivas Guadalajara is a more famous team.
Here I decided for the draw strategically according to the 30 points difference in prize.
do you agree?

If points are stable by now, we can be very happy . OLBG team is 4th yet but there is only a 121 pts gap to the first and 50 from the fifth.
Majority of our scores were above 200 and welshie-iwz returns to high scores being first with 309 pts , the only one above 300. Bluemal continues leading.
Congratulations to us all.
Do not forget to participate.

briefly
Ch v Mu most probable draw imo and in the opinion of the thread in OLBG v TheBookies, perhaps Ch will try a little harder but ...
DLC v Barza also draw: irregular DLC home record 7W3D6L and Ba trend to draw away 4W8D4L while they are almost out of their local championship and focused on ch.league, speak of a boring tied game.
Pachuca v Jaguares regular home record of Pa 4W2D1L and a weak Ja away record 2W3D2L makes favorite the home team. Pa has won 3 last H2H to nil. I put my joker here.
San Lorenzo v Boca Boca, 2nd, is unbeaten with the same draws than wins both home and away in 10 matches . SL, 4th, is recovering with 5 victories in a row after a bad beginning (3D2L home now), I think it will be the first draw for them.
I shall continue if I have time next days, though I am not sure if the interest in comment the FWLP matches remains.

If there are no score changes OLBG World Beaters is 5th in the overall table with only 81 pts from the leader team. Congratulations and thanks to all active participants (12 this week).
Steveglen made an excellent score (382) taking the internal lead and the 2nd place in the english league (66 overall). The best country league position is for bluemal, scotish, with a very comfortable advantage. Welshie is 2nd in Wales one. I am 3rd in mine, argentine, and betking is 7th in the english league.
Lets continue moving towards the lead.
This week the FWLP form contains the main match of argentine football: Boca Juniors vs River Plate. We call it "el clasico de los clasicos" , literally "the classic of all classics" meaning -I think- "the Derby of all Derbies" (is it right?) . I shall post about it.

sorry bluemal, please do not feel hurt. It was just mistyping, I am afraid I usually make worst things with many other english words .
I shall pay more attention to the 2 ts. Have them any special meaning or it is just the orthographic rule?
By the way what can you tell us about the scottish game?
Can anybody understand how/why FWLP sets the scores and later change them? We moved up but our difference with the first grew 4 points. I regret not having copied the table in my post to see what may have happened.
Also the prize points in each game seems very strange to me though they seem to be modified SP odds. As an example the russian game has SpartakM as "favorite" but RubinK is first, unbeaten home and away, has won vs the second in the table and has a goal difference near +2 per match. Spartak is 7th with a 1/2/1 record away.
My guess has only one away win: the MSL game where the newcomer SanJoseE (1L home 1W2L away and 2nd from bottom) receives the leader of their zone. Anyway I am doubtful about it because i think that the MSL matches has bigger home prevalence than any other league and Dallas record it is not very good.
Have a nice labour day.
