I do think that this is going to be the competition where having one different player is going to make the difference - even moreso than the others games.

Of course, having a team in this game should give you a heads up when the new European season starts - ESPN do their own version of Fantasy Footy for Premiership, Spanish & Italian Leagues.....

Not forgetting the South American things they do. Don't tick the "Don't E-Mail Me" box otherwise you won't know.....

I think you're right, the odd player could make all the difference. Plus the unpredictable nature of the league itself could even be key, cant believe DC are so poor so far, I had 3 or 4 of their players until I dropped one.

Pos : Team : Manager : Points
1 : Betkings MLS Pub Team : Betking : 195
2 : Welsh Yanks XI : welshie1 : 184
3 : East West Rangers : spider2097 : 182
4 : Yankee Doodle Dandys : John 'The Ruud' Mac : 154
5 : Sporting Spillage : Papyrusmoon : 149

Things appearing quite static although betking appears to be trying to make a break at the top. I've been having a bit of trouble with the ESPN site, something to do with a "Flash" tag being unbalanced or something. I'm blaming that on my reason for being 13pts behind Laughing On the other hand, a quick look at the main leaderboard shows just how far behind other players we all are - the top player has a score of 325 Shocked

I was under the impression that five were going to be showing MLS games live, or at least carrying on with their "Soccer US" show (that was similar in tone to "Soccer AM") but maybe that's got something to do with the amount of times Lovejoy is on telly these days Laughing

I'm going to contact ESPN & see if can sort the problem out with the website. Need to start trying to make up some of those points Win
