Sadly I cant get off work as I have to cover for people on leave (summer eh ! ) .
I certainly want to meet up in the future though

Most definitely a re-arrangement should be on the cards
Only thing is, I'm outta work atm so it'd have to be in about a month or so in order for me to stash enough cash to get out for the day 
Nevertheless, I can get summat sorted for a fortnight on Saturday and then pretty much every fortnight after that. Of course as soon as the situation changes (ie I get a job, or a MASSIVE win  ) will be letting ppl know  I love a get-together/gathering/party/shindig/pub crawl/craic/etc as much as anyone
Course, if the virtual bank gave real returns I'd well have enough to get out

Funny how the Toffees win a couple of games at the start of the premiership season and suddenly everyone wants to meet up !!
Only kidding blues fans, as a die-hard Liverpudlian, I have to offer congratulations to you all, great victory over Spurs last night, thouroughly deserved - great fitness shown by Arteta, Osman and Johnson.
It will only last though until you play the mighty reds, enjoy the plaudits while you can. |

Would love to meet up with you guys - born and brought up in Liverpool (Childwall - know the Halfway House on Woolton Road ?).
Now married and have lived in Glasgow for 20 years - only get 'home' to Liverpool a couple of times a year.
Football (can't really call it football) here in Scotland is not what I am used to, hence I still keep my Liverpool roots and support.
Maybe next time I'm in the 'pool I'll be in touch.
If you ever venture as far as Perth, Ayr or Hamilton races let me know. |
