Hi Guys,
After last years meeting at the St Ledger, me and Woody have decided to organize the event again, hopefully this time more OLBG members will attend to what was a succesful event last time.
This years arrangments will change slighty from last year, for all members wanting to attend, please send a PRIVATE MESSEGE to me and i will send you details off payment of Tickets, Accomadation and Travel, all of these will be dealt with by myself so there is nothing to worry about. The event is on the 13th September, i would like to know if you want accomadation, if you want travel from Hotel to Course and also if you want Tickets.
The closing date for all these will be 2 months before, with no exceptions, so i need to know by the end of June.
Please post names who are wanting to go, and dont forget to pm me thanks

I'd like a room in the hotel, tickets for whichever grandstand we choose and travel from the hotel to racecourse and back again. Just let me know how much it will be this year and I will jump in the OLBG helicopter and drop the dough up to you
