Please add your thoughts below for each of the bets - strengths and weaknesses of each.
You have until midday Friday to vote.
Staking
A stake thread will be started today so we can all comment on what we think the stakes should be for each of the contenders for bet of the week.
Once the bet has been decided we will add the stake poll. The stake poll will close at 4pm Friday. |

Everton v Aston Villa- Aston Villa +.25@1.89
Gets my vote but not my personal money. As explained on the 12X thread any Villa fanciers in this game should back them to finish 5th. Similar bet, less risk, higher odds |

I can only regret so many good bets were lost in the way: Spurs-1, MC-1, Su and Ch draw, also the plain Li win far more certain than Ne or AV!!!
From these I have no choice than cross fingers and vote for Newcastle. If a miracle must occur at least get it paid.
good luck to us all _________________ tipstonga

some stats to add for this game in 70 matches these two teams have had 30 overs =42/% chance man city have beean scoring of late now they are letting elano play more attacking an less defending man city look more positive can see it being a very open game city wanting 3points for 6th place finish and the obvious reason for fulham is desperation could again be 3-1 for the blues last time it was 3-3 at the cottage my vote is man city overs |

I went for the MANC vs FUL over bet.
I seriously would have preffered the MANC -1 AH better.
Good luck lads! _________________ Now making money isn't everything but havin it is. |

the more you look the less pretty the bets are... Really dont like the price on the AH so a big no to that. Villa on the DNB, hmmm think the game may just be too close to call and a draw looking a good outcome doesnt help late in the season. So Toon away at a lacklustre Hammers or Man City 2-1 or 3-0 against Fulham
I guess as it has been said before lets try and get paid, toon are the form side and the price is generous lets get on it
Toon gets my magic click |

It is my firm belief that Newcastle will keep up their present run of form, and that West Ham will offer the minimum possible resistance
+ Cracking price = BoTW |

Can't understand the bit of doubt with the Villa DNB option - I am extremely confident that Villa will win this game but even more confident that we won't lose it.
VILLA DNB for me _________________ AVFC - PROUD HISTORY, BRIGHT FUTURE

| Villa DNB for me, nearly went for villa +.25 but the 5/4 was the deciding factor, a very good price for a team playing with so much confidence and we surely will get a run for our money. |

Don`t see the value (at this stage of the season) in the draw no bet.
We need a win...not a possible stalemate (draw)...means that the Bank stands still with 1 game less to add to the Bank.
No value (imo) in A Villa +.25 at 1.89...another odds on bet.
So left with M City/Fulham overs and Newcastle win. (can`t believe none of the Arsenal bets made it through...would have been my 1st choice)
Both these are good possibilities.......just going to pick Newcastle by way of better value. We do need to start taking a few chances now games are running out. |

| I really think the price aboutNewcastle is too much to ignore. The bookies are really underestimating their revival in recent weeks and with West Ham gone stale an away win has to be the most likely result here |

It looks like we're on Newcastle to win away.
I would have prefered to play this one on the A/H with the safety net of draw no bet.
However the price is generous and i suggest £300 stake - i won't be here to stake myself. |
