Sunderland now safe...and Bolton on a bit of a roll...still need points to keep them in the PL...looks like this could very well be a home win...but the odds are v poor....13/20.
This is another poor game to choose our bet from this week. |

In their last 18 Prem League games Bolton have only twice scored more than 1 goal (Ars at home & Reading away). In 8 of those games they've not scored at all.
So not convincing enough for the home win bet at 1.70. Even if Sund are a bit rubbish on the road & have only managed 13 away goals all season.
Bolton definitely the more likely victors, but will 1 goal win it?
1X2 - Nope, Bolton too short for me
AH - Nope.
Goals - Under 1.5 at 3.10
Other - Correct score Bolton 1-0 at 7.00. Boltons recent 2 wins were both 1-0. _________________ Steve |

A must win for Bolton, realistically it's their last chance to pick up points, and Sunderland are safe, but 1.7 is ridiculously short even though I do think Bolton will manage 3 points. It will probably be tight so Bolton to win by 1 at 3.5 might be a reasonable call.
12X - home win
AH - see below
Unders but no value
Other - Bolton to win by 1
Best bet Bolton by 1
Have just seen tie with Bolton -1 is available at 3.75 which is the same as Bolton to win by 1 so obviously that is a better choice if these odds could be obtained |

This looks like a no-brainer on the AH.
1) Previous H2H here, 2-0, 1-1, 0-2, 0-3, 1-0. Only 1 win by more than 1 goal from the last 5.
2) The pressure is all on the home side as Sunderland are safe for the next season. The betting pressure is thus also on the home side as it is perceived as a "must win" game.
3) Bolton have only managed to score 2 goals at home once in 2008, in their 2-3 loss against Arsenal. All other matches played were 1 goal or none at all.
Surely the best bet for this one has to be Sunderland AH +0.5/1 @ 2.15. _________________ EPL Big 4 AH record
