its middle of the range and has good value should it win

As the bet is now Villa -1 I am very disappointed to see that the maximum we can vote for is £900.

It is easy to say I told you so after the event so I will say now that we have missed the best chance we have had of breaking the so called '3k curse'

Villa -1 is worth much more than £900 because to lose Villa would have to fail to win and that WILL NOT happen - I am at Villa Park with the rest of the lucky OLBGgers so you can shoot me down if I am wrong but I am totally convinced Villa will win comfortably.

I have also backed myself up with Villa -2.5 with a medium sized bet.

Well I was hoping for Villa by 2 or more @2.70 which would have been worthy of 700 in my view. But AH-1 is worth 900.

There are times when I worry about the processes of selecting bets & this is one of those times.

I know that I've been one of the main opponents of being negative towards the final bet choice but the choice of this selection truly baffles me. I would've been far happier with the straight AV win given the fact that the "AV win by 2 or more goals" bet wasn't chosen, we're now stuck in a halfway situation where we're going to be losing out if the bet wins.

Anyway, a stake has to be chosen for this bet and my choice is higher than I would've liked & probably what I would've chosen for the straight win. £900 - with the confidence shown in Villa by the OLBG Massive & reasons posted in the match thread I'm starting to fancy Villa beating Wigan comfortably. The fact that we're only getting a touch above evens for a 2 goal winning margin saddens me but we do have to push on (and I hope we're not literally taking a push here).
