This is real money and we currently have £1261.75 in the OLBG betting fund.

As the season has progressed the debate has become better, more informed, sensible and inciteful. Well done everyone. Some results have not gone for us and we have lost money, but lets finish with some wins and claw some money back.

We now have 4 categorys. This thread is for the goals discussion and poll. Please add your reasoned posts and vote on which match we should go for in this category as our choice.

Remember our funds are growing and to work out the downside as well as the potential profit.

Stage 3 Thursday/Friday
Then for the final decision thread. We will be having a poll

Stage 4 Friday
We then poll for the stake with lots of options (in units of 100) and take the weighted average of all votes rounded to the nearest £50.

none of these appeal as BOTW so picking spurs liv purely on season results at WHL and the fact that spurs always score and always concede (think it will be 1-1 actually!)

much better bets elsewhere

In a tricky week where anything can happen Id not be taking odds on for any 2-way bet, in fact quite the reverse. Id prefer betting against all of the above than for them

All these bets here (the reverse included) require to take a bank credit to beat the Bookies so I shall not vote for any of them.

good luck Win

All poor bets imo. Would`nt risk a penny on any of these....and absolutely no value for our final BOTW

No vote from me.

not finding much this week from the threads so far but my choice here is unders between fulham and pompy.

Pompy generally keep a pretty tight ship while Fulham need a result and a lot of people predicting they will beat pompy. 0-1 definately a decent chance but then i wouldn't be too suprised at 1-2 which would lose it for us.

tight one but probably best value of the lot there.

None. Too many teams not trying here means i have no idea if they'll bother to score or not. Or try keeping clean sheets.

We're very negative about these choices! And I'm no different to be honest. I'd seriously consider backing the opposite outcome in each one at Evs or better.

West Ham v Aston Villa - Under 2.5 goals is 2.1 2-2 / 1-2 possibly?
Spurs v Liverpool - Under 2.5 goals is 2.1 1-1 possibly?
Portsmouth v Fulham - Over 2.5 goals is Evs 2-1 / 1-2 possibly?
Wigan v Man Utd - Under 2.5 goals is 2.3 0-1 / 0-2 possibly?

These are all 50/50 or close and I'd rather take odds against on a 50 /50.

No bet.

spurs overs for me...both teams scream goals to me and i think we should see a high scoring contest here.

Wham last 3 games overs and with Ferdinand still out look weak at the back. Villa need to win and seem to play better away from home.

I would go for overs in the Villa game.

Spurs v Liverpool is likey to be a dull a game, and possibly a 0-0 or 1-1.

Fulham need to win and probably will. If Portsmouth score the match will certainly go into Over 2.5.

The same goes for Man U. If Wigan score Man U will get at least 2.

But its better odds for West Ham v Villa, and more likely that both sides will score at least once. Villa need to win and West ham will try to put on a good game for the fans in front of a full house. I think there'll be a few goals in an entertaining match.
