Please add your thoughts below for each of the bets - strengths and weaknesses of each.
You have until midday Friday to vote.
Staking
A stake thread will be started today so we can all comment on what we think the stakes should be for each of the contenders for bet of the week.
Once the bet has been decided we will add the stake poll. The stake poll will close at 4pm Friday. |

Going to vote on Chelsea to win 2-0. Can't see Bolton scoring and can see Chelsea scoring a goal in each half. Would suggest £300 at nice odds. Would be a nice way to finish the season (along with United hammering Wigan ) |

| Fulham was the top pick on the 1X2 as well as the AH-0.5 and as the odds are currently better for the AH Ive changed the Poll to include the second choice 1X2 match |

Chelsea 2-0 gets my vote. Chelsea have won 2-0 10 times this season in all competitions in approximately 50 matches, 39 of which they have won, which suggests if Chelsea win there is about a 26% chance of it being 2-0, Bolton can be stubborn to break down and I dont see them scoring so it all looks good to me.
Glad to see we are we are going for some bigger odds for the last week, but I think it would certainly sensible not to put more than £300 on this so there is at least something left at the end of the season!! |

3 decent bets here.....I do think Fulham (playing well at present) will beat Ports (who are no longer interested in the league).
Midd v M City has draw written all over it imo...prob 1-1.
W Ham v Villa ..over 2.5..just a lottery..and absolutely no value.
But will go with something different for our last BOTW...
Chelsea to win 2-0. (quite a fav score for them)
It`s worth a go at about £250....leaving something in the kitty! |

fulham AH without a shadow of a doubt
altho i guess there will be some non-posting votes all going for the higher odds on chelsea correct score which is tempting but a bit last-chance saloon |

| Gone for Chelsea 2-0 correct score.I also like the look of Fulham so wouldnt mind seeing that as BOTW as Fulham are fighting for their survival while Pompey's focus is on the Fa Cup but my vote goes to Chelsea 2-0.(reasons give in match thread). |

Tough choice this week. There's two that I really like & one that is appealing due to the amount of times Chelsea have won 2-0 this season. However, my view is that Chelsea are going to be rampant - which IMO makes the odds fair, although a winner at 6.00 would be great.
With reflection, the price for Fulham isn't really that good - although there's no doubt that Fulham will be more fired up for the win knowing that only a win can virtually guarantee safety.
My choice is Boro v Man City : Draw @ 3.30. If ever a game screams draw, this is that game (possible exception being the reverse fixture ). _________________ How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

I was of the idea of "1000 in the kitty" but not to resign a chance of winning, that plan was erased by the selection of the 4 last bets.
To bet 500 or 1200, imposed by this options, starts to look irrelevant so I have to change my mind and adopt the all in idea and vote for the AH bet here that still will work to beat the Bookies with and only with 1200 stake
My vote then goes to Portsmouth v Fulham - Fulham -0.5 @ 2.41
good luck _________________ tipstonga

got to be fulham for me with a medium size stake
even though it might be deemed a skinny price, i think it's good value and better odds than most of our other BOTW's. _________________ Corner vulture

Not really keen on any and certainly won't be backing them with my own money (the real test !). But I have voted for a speculative punt on the Chelsea correct score. I have a feeling they will win to nil.
That Fulham price is obscenely low - do we really think that any team put out by 'Arry will get turned over by Fulham ?
