Hey guys, I know in the FAQ it says allow for 30 days, but I was just wondering in your guy's experience how long does it usually take for Paypal payments to arrive? I won a bit today and have requested my money.

We ask you to allow us 30 days to make the payments please

We get requests for payments throughout the month - and whilst it may seem quite simple to check these and action these every day - there are thousands of similar things which may also seem to be quite simple for us to do everyday!!

We normally arrange for all the payment requests to be actioned once a month - hence you may need to wait 30 days

I usually do a batch of paypals within a few days on a new month to clear all the new winners who have submitted their requests early

Then I do one or maybe two more batches throughout the month when they have built up a bit
So my tip is if you want you money quick claim it on the 1st of the month and you should only have to wait a few says

Cheques are handled by Noreen and sometimes shes away or the kids are on half term etc etc meaning one or two weeks can go by without her being able to do a payment run.

Hence we say allow 30 days
