What's the cut off time for a tip?

I've tried several times to make a Lay tip quite close to the starting time but it wasn't accepted. Can anyone tell me? Thank you

Its actually not mentioned in the FAQ.

All tip related queries are listed in the help section - http://www.online-betting-guide.co.uk/help.php

However I dont think your specific question is answered there - but it hals been answered on the forum a few times.
