Playoff matches

Why arent we allowed to tip on any Playoff matches from anywhere around the world? The Dutch are having playoff matches this week and the Duch tipping is gone, the Conference playoffs are starting tonight and even though you can select the Conference league, no match to tip on!

Playoff matches are part of the league arent they and there are only a few matches why cant we tip on them?
