300 Sedgefield: MIGHTY FINE was a very easy winner of a similar seller here over cd on May 1st and has since won well in a chase at Wetherby of a mark 10lbs higher than it will carry in this hurdles race today. Obviously in good heart at the moment its worth siding with in its attempt to complete the hat trick. 6 wins from 12 starts in various races here shows his liking for this course. Fearghal Davis 2 wins and 2 places from 4 starts on this horse keeps the ride (NAP)
420 Lingfield: UIG is running at the top of its game right now and must have a big chance of following up its brave all the way win at Chepstow from Nightspot. A 6lb penalty today admittedly makes things tougher but even with that penalty its only rated 67 which is still a winning mark as it won of 68 round here in July 2005. Simon Whitworth 1/1 on this horse keeps the ride. (NB)

3.00-SEDGEFIELD
Though Mighty Fine is the clear form pick i cant help but get the feeling that Big Wheel retains some of the ability that saw him narrowly beaten on a few occasions in much better handicaps in 2005.Nicky Richards only horse at the meeting and stable jockey Tony Dobbin making the trip for the one ride speaks volumes.A forecast price of 10/1 represents a good bet.
3.20-LINGFIELD
Oramas Ghost gets my vote here and i am very sweet on this filly.On first inspection i thought Wise Little Girl may be the answer but in truth, as encouraging as her debut run was, the debut run by my selection was far more eye-catching considering how she finished out her race after dwelling in the stalls.Her run lto was very disappointing in fairness but the good/soft ground reason for not suiting is good enough for me. (NB)
4.40-NOTTINGHAM
There are a few in this race that, in all probability, will go on to better things and none more so than the very lightly-raced Jaleela from the Willy Haggas yard.This horse showed great promise in what was a very tough introduction to racing and confirmed favouritism on its second run with relative ease.This well bred filly is very deserving of my NAP |

CEE BARGARA (no odds found)(NAP)
I am interested in the form line that runs through DECLERATION OF WAR with this one and the likely fav MASTER CHEF. both were beaten in different races by DOW lto, the selection gong dowm by 7 lengths in a class 1 event on Derby day at Epsom and the latter by 3 1/2 in a class 4 at Newmarket. I would suggest that the slection did not like the undulations of Epsom and was not happy coming down the hill. Also when obviously beaten i am pretty sure the foot would have been lifted slightly off the gas to go down by further than if remaining competitive throughout, which the latter surely was in his race. On this basis i feel that the 12/1 tissue about the selection, in my book anyway, is pretty generous compared to the 3/1 about MASTER CHEF. The selection will have to run up to its best to take this race but is reappearing quickly from its last run just 4 days ago, so connections must feel he is on top of his game. Based on this i will be having some interest, maybe even some place money for insurance on what looks to be a value bet this evening.
MAMBAZO (no odds found) 18:40 Kempton (entered at Lingfield too) (NB)
I think this one was put on the "next time out" thread after its last run. If that is the case then it was a good spot as the two who finished in front lto have gone on to subsequently score, drawn well for tonights race at a light weight. Ultra consistent WHILLEWIZ rates as the main danger. _________________ NEW! Course Guides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Click here

STRATHMORE (no odds found) {NAP}
Finally got a win under his belt in a similar race at Redcar at the end of last month and really looked to have finally understood what the game is about. He stayed on well to beat Almora Guru by four lengths and had the well backed 15/8 favourite, Tenancy, six and a half lengths behind him. He gets a six pound penalty for that win but should be followed, as he could run up successive victories if he can retain this form.
FRANKINCENSE (no odds found) {NB}
Still rated four pounds higher than he was when winning a seller over todays course and distance in March. I saw him in the parade ring at Wetherby in April when he unseated his jockey in a ladies race and he seems to be one with a real character, fractious and appeared to me to be a horse who wants things to be done his way. Graham Lee takes the reins today and I believe he has the experience needed to calm Frankincense down and help him concentrate. If he is successful in doing that and gets the horse to concentrate, he could be a major player dropping back down to selling class today. (If double figure odds are available, Each Way would be advised).
Good luck  _________________ Chad

MUSCA (no odds found) (NAP)
I think this one will take all the beating today. Very lightly raced he absolutely slaughtered his opponents at Catterick as a 2 year old on only his second run on the racescourse. On his only run this season, where he finished 2 and a half lengths behind Shmookh and Ponty Rossa, Musca lacked the experience and race-fitness of the first two and ran a fine race, soon in front and leading to over 2f out. He highlighted his inexperience by hanging right in the latter stages and looks sure to improve - probably enough for him to go very close in this company today.
Good luck with all your betting today.

1:50 - Lingfield - Pearo NAP
Should be good enough to win this weak event if repeating his win lto at yarmouth when beating Bettys Touch by 1 3/4 legnths.That was a against very moderate opposition but todays isnt up to much either and with more improvement expected looks the one to beat.Better jockey on board today so is taken to complete a double.
Danger:Lord Deevert
3:10 - Nottingham - Farefield Lodge NB
Has shown enough to suggest he can land this one here today.He was a good 2nd on last two outings and has looked as though drop back to 5f should suit.One to beat.
Danger:Castano

Kingscourt Lad 3.00 Sedgfield e/way NAP 20/1
I studied this race because I originally liked Mighty Fine but I now believe the selection will give more value and may even pull off a win.
The trainer has a great record here, the horse likes the going and has previously run 2nd on the course. Distance is also in his favour and whilst this is fto since October runs well fresh.
Definite place prospects and a good value cover for Mighty Fine.

ran a shocker last time out on the aw
going on turf today with jockey who knows and rides him

Cheers VB,
It's been a little while since i've had a decent price NAP in, in fact the last month has been pretty poor for my proud NAPS record. Hopefully this one will be getting me back on track a bit.
Glad you got some to repay you for the quality info of yours i have used previously.
Cant promise much of the same tomorrow, in fact a couple of hours studying has yet to provide a selection for tomorrow as yet let alone a NAP. _________________ NEW! Course Guides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Click here
