Going to jump with both feet into arguably the hardest race of the day to attempt to extend by NAP run to 4 consecutive winners.

[horse:84685c79c5]GEOJIMALI[/horse:84685c79c5] (NAP)

Just three runs in 2007 for this one, when making a winning appearance over this 5f trip here at Mussleburgh beating HANDSOME CROSS into 2nd by a small margin. The following two runs have come over the furlong further and have not been as spoectacular finishing 9th by 11+lengths to Kostar at Pontefract although excuses could be made from the going in his latest outing at Ascot when never in contention. That last run came on 12th May so the break will have freshened him up and he will appreciate the return to this distance, going and track, three big pluses for me for this well drawn horse.

[horse:84685c79c5]Paradise Poker ISLE[/horse:84685c79c5]

Has not passed the post in front since winning this last year and is strongly fancied to follow up again this from a similar draw 14 (13 last year), was unlucky in being hampered twice when running ove rthe minimum at Newmarket latest (ran badly in the same contest the previous year), but previous at the same course shaped well to finish thrid behind Asset over 6f (once again in a race that she one in the previous season). So the preparation has been pretty much identical except for wintering with a coupld of runs out in NAd Al Sheba, and she is taken to show a clean quartet of hooves to this field today

16:30 Goodwood - DRIFTING GOLD (NAP)

Very consistent performer and with Frankie
aboard looks like the winner.

8:25 - Lingfield - Materofact NAP
Has been running well recently. Was a good 2nd ni a much tougher race at Goodwood when beating subsequent winner What do you know. Was a decent 3rd lto when 2 legnths behind Mimi Mouse.Has ground to suit today and has a good draw so is taken to get back to winning ways here.
Danger:Temtation

8:35 - Newbury - Recalcitrant NB
Won well when making all at bath last month, beating Power Again by 3 legnths. Was a good 2nd before that when not far behind Icannshift and then Bienheureux. Was well beaten lto but that was on soft going so can be forgiven.Back on ground that suits and in a moderate looking event is the one to beat.William Buick takes the ride again looking to make it 2/2.
Danger:Most Definitely

Man o Bong,i was very interested to read as a newcomer to the site the through method that leads to your selection and apology when you go wrong.I too get ,well try ,to gain great pleasure from picking the winner from the form book,h'm not a gambler .

So it was with interest when i read that you had chosen Paradise Poker Isle at Haydock yesterday, although it was a fairly obvious selection i noted that the horse was not as short as it should have been so i drifted away from it.Didn't back the winner though!!! i was kicking myself last night when i read that the winner was 5th in the Guineas(good form).

I attended an horrendous Haydock yesterday(full of stag parties) the facilities at the course are a disgrace(no lifts for the aged and disabled and huge queues for the womens toilets) and didn't pick one in the first 3,though when i read back through the form they were all possible.

For instance how can an 11 year old (Will He Wish) come out and annihilate the opposition but on re-reading the form it was possibility, frustratingly this is a very tricky business.Any help will do.
