I too feel it would be a shame if people stopped posting any inside info. As many have already said, its up to each individual what they do with the information they are given. It adds something different and interesting to the forum as a whole and i for one pop in to the thread if i get the opportunity. There have been some nice winners given and its nothing like the disaster its made out to be. Don't be downhearted lads, this is a very friendly site..keep up the work Win

Inside info is exactly that. People can't expect other posters to detail when, where, why and how they got there info from, otherwise they would not be receiving too many more tips from there sources in the future.

It would be a shame to lose this thread, as people know who they want to follow and who they want to avoid when reading tips. We're all adults, surely its just common sense that you don't blindly back every tip just because its on an inside info thread!

I've found this site to be a great help since I recently joined. Some very helpful people on here. Many thanks.

bit concerned now even putting up something on here after the last few days. and there have been quotes of some people having lots of info from lots of yards, me included, but this is not from my personal findings just after a good conversation from some head stable lads

So i will put my head on the block here and restart this info thread back to why it was here. and i will like to say that this has come from no source but after a stable tour at Newmarket by myself on the 13th April this year when i was speaking to a few people and asked what horse's were likely to go well in the next few weeks.

I was pin pointed to a couple, but all of the stable guys thought "Gold Prospect"for Micheal Bells yard looked really well and he had recently won over at Wolverhampton which i never knew, but they were very honest to the fact that they felt he would win again on returning to Wolverhampton.

21.05 - Wolverhampton - Gold Prospect (29th April)

I agree with the point that on some occassions you cannot give away info as to how or who gave it to you as some of you have indicated, i backed a horse today and was asked not to put it up on this thread but they did not mind if i put it up on my blog today which i did, until after they had had thier money on it, opened up at 25/1 av. with Wiliam Hill's backed into 12/1 and dualy obliged this evening, even so this thread throws up some superb write ups and info, i got this information from the same source who advised me to back Dar re Mi for the OAKS at 33/1 and back it bigtime last friday, which i did, and it romped in by 7 lengths and which i posted up on this thread. On that occassion it was alright to post it on the thread but on the other it was not because i do not want to lose my sources or trust and as they have worked so hard to make an opening and make some booty for themselves and then we come next on the agenda.
The reason i do this is so that all who have contributed to this thread and the racing person who eats drinks and sleeps racing, from my part gets free useful advice that i now to be from good people who care about punters, knowing that the punting scales are heavily weighted against the punter.
I can only thank and admire all of you who have taken the time and effort to make this thread such a success as i have said before it has certainly increased my tank since its inception

Well said, it'll be a shame to miss out on some people's info, even if it is not always the most reliable. That's part of the game!

I'll be surprised to hear from anyone who is down from this thread (LSP).

Keep posting people! Win

hopefully turfline some people will take notice of that statement and not judge everyone else by their own standards.
