this thread is for information on unraced nh horses for this comeing year.im trying to copy aidens thread but his was for 2yr olds but its going to be run on the same lines as that thread. im hopeing members will contribute and help us all stay ahead of the bookies!
these horses must be e.g bumper, novice hurdlers or as is the norm now 4yr old chases.the point is that the information we get must be from a stable contact or friends who have the contact ,im sure you understand were im comeing from,as none of these have had a run its very difficult to know anything unless we have some help close to the action!
i intend to put as many horses up as i can and hope i,ll be helped by you all i,ll start at the top the champion trainer
paul nicholls has always had a strong hand in young horses but he never seems to get a star bumper performer . i,ve been given a few to watch for between now and the new year these horses have all passed through the hands of a very important man at ditcheat called dave staddon, he runs nicholls saterlite yard just outside the village alot of the work will be done here then these young stars will go to the main yard, but belive me dave staddon and his assistant harry fry are a important part of the champion trainers team.
river d, or 5yr old by saint preuil (clive smith)
colombard 5yr old by trempolino (sir robert ogden)
water garden 4yr old by turgeon (david johnson)
entering the light 5yr old by vertical speed (mr john hales)
earth beat 4 yr old by beat all (roger penny)
vico 6yr old by old vic (mark ticknell)
there we go , i,ll add more from the yard as i get them but i hope to have 2 more from a smaller yard by next week i hope these go into your note books and hopefully other members will have lots more as we get into the season im really looking forward to any of the irish lads finding horses from there side of the pond! as we all know come march they,ll be at the top of the ladder!

hi machine, yes ,as i,ve said before the rules are that the horses must not have ran in this country before , but if say they,ve ran in france and been bought to race here then they qualify as do a horse that has run in a bumper in ireland and has been brought over here.
thanks for the input look foward to the info |

i,ve 3 new horses to add to our list the first one is from the nicky henderson yard this will be one of many from this great trainer but i,ve had to put this one in early because im told the stable like it and hope the horse will win a bumper before the end of the year.
kings lodge 3yr old by kings theatre (henry ponsonby)
the other 2 for this week are from the heather dalton yard, apparently the guy who bought denman has got these 2 to daltons yard so we know he can pick a young champion of the future!
carrick castle 5yr old by synefos (mr terry o, conner)
front street 5yr old by saddlers hall (heather dalton raceing)
im a bit disapointed lads that members have not contributed to this post as yet i know the nh season has,ent started yet and i understand not everyone has access to info from wherever but i was hopeing that by now someone else would of contributed..never mind i suppose its me being inpatient! i,ll try to add more as i get them, i would appreciate any feedback from members please? |

Mato, I get given a few Henderson horses to follow trickling through around October/November time and as soon as I get hold of them I will put them up. I am sure things will take off in a few weeks when the good'uns start motoring up and down the gallops!! _________________ CLICK LINK FOR DARK HORSES TO FOLLOW 2010

mato66, dont get dissappointed,as aidan says ,not always on time,as i said in earlier post i will enter all i get,as soon as i get it,will chase it up tomorrow.if it has to be :composed:i might have to ask you.to write it up like i had to ask aidan to write it up as i cannot for the life of me write thingsout ! and even worse on this cursed thing called a keyboard.but we will sort that out when it happens.DONT get pissed off.aidan doesnt, even though, when they strike, he creates the one line posts he hates .good luck |

first entry on this thread.
COURT RED HANDED.4 yr old, bought in ireland in may for £25 000,by up and coming N.H.trainer,REBECCA CURTIS.this young horse is by respected jump sire FLEMENSFIRTH.has run in 4 pts. in ireland, won 1,and a second.can already jump hurdles very well, and should be put in notebooks for the long term.this upcoming trainers strike rate in bumpers is impressive.and she will make a statement of intent with this horse fairly soon.2 to 2.5 mile good-soft and got pace to go well

Mato et al
really appreciate the info on this thread. I get bits & pieces on flat but not much over the sticks. As my first year on this site really looking forward to the jumps as that's the true test for a horse IMO
fingers crossed for a successful campaign via this thread. |

| I am only new here so i do not know if it has been mentioned before but the irish point to point formguide is a good book to buy it will give every horse that ran in an irish point to point in the previous season a mention and is good for picking out some unexposed types. |
