Why has everyone gone nuts for actually betting at Cheltenham?
I've had a go on eight (what I considered to be) decent looking selections so far and seen nothing even come close.
I'm in it for the reward of picking a winner, and get frustrated when I miss a day... So the 'festival atmosphere' gets on my tits. It seems to be like the FA Cup - magic happens - but so much magic that really it proves that no-one has much of a clue.
I don't like it. I like reading everyone's views on the racing - and you've all gone giddy for the good stuff. Back to the all-weather I say!

Hi guys theres one at southwell that went in to my note book LTO and it was staying on really nice into second and was very carefully handled ,,i'm fully expecting it to win well today as the opposistion looks really ordinary and i'd be very suprised it it gets touched off today:the selection is WHOOSHKA 5:05 Southwell..its a NAP bet for me today,, |

I'm posting today's Non h/cap selling hurdle selection here.
Firstly, one of those many unforseen things that can upset the applecart when following a method. For me personally it was the Law of Sod in it's fullest measure.
The week started very well wit a winner. Tuesday it selects Royal Dignitary. As I had little time I thought I would use my bro-in-law's laptop when we got there( very late unplanned visit requd.). He lives miles from town, so no bookies. Get to his place, he's been called out, urgent business taking l/top, no P.C. available. No phone account. Bugger it! Can't post it here and can't bet it. It of course wins, returned 15/8.
Today's is:-
6.15 Wolverhampton........APPALACHIAN TRAIL...
Top of my ratings, well clear. C/D winner. I estimate his chance at 50%=EVENS. Better odds available thus a value bet for me. |

I think the market have it right in the next with Kingsdale Orion and Whooshka looking to fight out the finish. Im just siding with Kingsdale Orion who as ridden well here before and looks on a good mark.
KINGSDALE ORION
Good Luck All .... |
