google brings up plenty of info mate... govt sites are handy for tax aspects... then speak to someone in the same trade and they can tell you the other side of how that works... (ie what you can and can't claim for)

business link (google) is very helpful

only advice I would give is pay for a decent accountant and legal representative (if required) as not worth cutting corners with those aspects

setting up a company is easy and cheap, next step is a decent business plan with profit & loss, cashflow forecasts etc... unless you just want to be s/employed and run costs thru the business > from my time as s/e the trick is always to stick some dough aside for not just the tax-man but unknown costs that always appear
