hi all
anytime i type out a post of any length it comes back that i am not logged on. it has been like this for months,,any advice out there  |

could the problem be my computer? i have to keep these posts short as the same will happen again to me,i am trying to start a blog but i can not because of this  |

I would recommend first typing them in word/notepad if this is happening a lot, although it doesn't happen to me, fwiw.
Keeping another record of things should also be useful!

| If i was you i would draft it in word, then copy and paste to the forum once you have logged on, at least that way you dont lose everything you have just typed, ive done the same before and it can be so annoying. It may be that if you havent been active on the forum that it times out and you have to log in again, i dont know for sure just a thought. |

I can understand mate. Used to happen to me on some other forum. Really irked me off a couple of times, when I had long posts written and everything.
Hope the situation gets better.

it logged out again tried to paste but more than likely i was doing it wrong. i am a novice when it comes to computers,,,[and extremely slow]  |

Copy and paste Shortcuts
To Highlight text : Press 'Ctrl' + 'A'.
To Copy: 'Ctrl' + 'C'
To Paste: Click your mouse where you want the text pasted, and then press 'Ctrl' + 'V'

when you log in here tick the "log me in automatically" box. Then when the session runs out you will still be logged in so won't lose any posts.
Just to be sure, copy all of your post before clicking submit - then paste it if you do happen to be logged out
