For those who narrowly missed out on automatic promotion to the Championship, the only way up is via the League One playoffs. The play off semi finals take place over two legs, with the winners meeting in the playoffs final on May 25th.
Leeds have had an amazing year with the deduction of points and the loss of a manager who seemed to be doing really well but they have bounced back well under Gary McAllister and have won five of their last six games. They may be fairly short to win promotion but their recent form looks far superior to the other teams involved in the play offs and they are a confident selection to start making their way back to where they should be in the League.
