 Before last week’s first live show most bookies rated Alexandra Burke ahead of Laura White. After the performances that took place on Saturday the bookies are now unanimous in their opinion that Laura White is the contestant everyone in the X Factor has to beat.
Laura White Wows Punters In First Week
Laura White is now just 6/5 with Bet365 to be the best of the girls and 3/1 with Sportingbet and VC Bet to be the X Factor winner. It is hard to say how well she will be suited by Michael Jackson week on Saturday but the bookies clearly rate her.
Alexandra Burke Still Fancied
Alexandra Burke is now the second favourite both to win X Factor and to be the best of the girls. Ladbrokes and Stan James are offering 4/1 on her to win X Factor whilst she can be backed at 15/8 with Stan James to be the top girl. Michael Jackson week might suit her better than others this week so her odds are likely to be shorter next week. She remains the OLBG tip to win X Factor.
Cheryl Could Still Have Surprise Package
Diana Vickers surprised many last week with her mature performance and she has moved into third favouritism to win X Factor. She can be backed at 7/1 with Boylesports and Coral. She is also third favourite to be the top girl and is 4/1 with Boylesports in that market.
Cheryl Cole The Hot Favourite To Mentor The Winner
Cheryl Cole has all three favourites for this year’s X Factor which puts her in an extremely strong position to be the winning mentor. She is 8/13 to mentor the winner with Ladbrokes and Bet365 whilst Simon Cowell is 3/1 with Coral, Dannii is 9/1 with Bet365 and Louis is 10/1 with Boylesports.
