Bannerman Removed From Jungle

The ex-EastEnders star lost out to Apprentice contestant Kate Hopkins, whose odds to be the next star to leave the bush have been slashed to 4/1 with Bet365.
Bannerman's time in Australia was marked by his relationship with former Catatonia singer Cerys Matthews, which caused his girlfriend, Sarah Matravers to fly Down Under to confront him.
A disappointed Matravers said: "I'd love to be able to forgive him but I'm so confused at the moment, I'm shell-shocked. So I've got to get home."
But Bannerman defended his behaviour: "Nothing happened between us at all but it's really difficult not to crave a little bit of love," he said.
Meanwhile, actor Christopher Biggins is still the favourite to be crowned the jungle king, priced at 5/4 with Coral and Paddy Power.
Controversial ex-model Janie Dickinson is still among the front-runners with odds of 2/1 with Boyle Sports and Sporting Bet.
