Hopkins Becomes The Second Jungle Evictee
Friday 23 November 2007 at 11:23  Star of the Apprentice Katie Hopkins became the second evictee of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, following Marc Bannerman out of the programme.
Kate was a 4/1 favourite with Bet365 to be the next star to leave the bush after narrowly surviving eviction on Wednesday (November 21st) against the EastEnders actor Bannerman.
And after Kate was given her marching orders the bookies installed John Burton Race as the favourite to become the third victim of the chop, with Stan James pricing the chef at 15/8.
Following her removal, Kate revealed that the challenge of Australian jungle survival was harder than it looked on television.
She said: "I think the impression when you’re watching at home is that it’s somehow easy. It's not like that at all. It's tough."
Meanwhile, although Katie's pal Christopher Biggins is still the favourite to win the competition, the odds of a victory for his main rival Janice Dickinson have been slashed.
Janice is now priced at 5/2 with BetDirect and Better to claim the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! crown.
