Arsenal Welcome Back Midfielders For Sevilla Test
Tuesday 27 November 2007 at 14:10
Arsenal midfielders Cesc Fabregas and Mathieu Flamini are back in contention for tonight's Champions League clash with Sevilla after the duo missed the Premier League victory against Wigan.
The Gunners, having already qualified for the knock-out stages, have been tipped to rest William Gallas and Emmanuel Adebayor making them 5/2 outsiders with Bet Direct and Better.
But Arsene Wenger insists that his side will go all out for a victory in a bid to win Group H.
He said: "We want to finish first. It gives you a little advantage in the draw. We are a team that is on a good run and we want to keep that going.
"We give our best in every game. I love to work with this team because they are really hungry and humble and they show those two qualities in every game," he added.
Meanwhile, Sevilla's former Tottenham Hotspurs striker Fredi Kanoute is the bookmaker's favourite to open the scoring. The Mali hitman is 11/2 with both SkyBet and Paddy Power.
