Arsenal Favourites For Newcastle Clash Despite Rosicky Injury
Tuesday 29 January 2008 at 09:44  Arsenal are firm favourites to beat Newcastle in tonight's (January 29th) Premier League clash despite missing Tomas Rosicky through injury.
The Gunners beat Newcastle 3-0 at the Emirates in Saturday's FA Cup clash, and are 1/3 favourites to claim another victory this evening.
And Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has revealed that Rosicky, while set to miss the second game with the Magpies in four days, could feature in Arsenal's clash with Manchester City on Saturday (February 2nd).
Wenger said: "There is no deep problem with Tomas. He has a problem with his hamstring but it is not torn.
"He got a kick at Fulham and the inflammation around his tendon provokes some pain but we feel it's a question of days, not weeks."
Meanwhile Newcastle midfielder Joey Barton, who has been given the all clear after his bail conditions were modified, is 25/1 shot with Bet Fred to score the first goal.
