Moyes Hoping Errors Wont Dent Everton Uefa Cup Odds
Thursday 21 February 2008 at 13:30 David Moyes is hoping that an error-free performance from his Everton side in tonight's (February 21st) game with SK Brann will be enough to see them through to the next round of the Uefa Cup.
The Merseysiders are overwhelming favourites to win the Goodison Park clash after winning the away leg 2-0, priced at 1/4 with Paddy Power.
But Moyes, who almost has a fully fit squad, urged his players to maintain their concentration throughout the game to avoid giving Brann a way back into the tie.
"I think this is only the second time this season we have had the entire squad to select from, and it is good for the rest of our campaign that all our absentees and injuries have cleared up," he said
"We know we are in a good position in the tie, but we will be doing everything correctly and making sure we do not make any mistakes because in football things can turn around very quickly," Moyes added.
Everton's Nigerian striker Yakubu is the favourite to open the scoring tonight, rated at 10/3 with Stan James.
