Everton Victory Boosts Champions League Qualification Odds
Tuesday 26 February 2008 at 13:52  Everton produced a professional performance to claim a 2-0 victory over Manchester City in the Premier League - boosting their odds of qualifying for the Champions League.
The Toffees, who are now fourth in the league, are rated at 11/4 with Coral to gain a place in next year's elite European competition.
And Everton's Moyes praised his players for their impressive display and urged them to remain focused in their battle for the Champions League.
"It was a great performance - we had watched everybody else play first this weekend, which brings its own pressure," he said.
"To get 50 points by this stage of the season is fantastic and we have to keep building on it."
Moyes added: "We played really well. We scored two good goals and we could have had another two or three.
Meanwhile, Everton's Merseyside rivals Liverpool are still the bookies choice to take the fourth Champions League spot, priced at 4/7 with Coral.
