Woods Form Boosts Masters Odds
Tuesday 26 February 2008 at 16:48 US golfer Tiger Woods is plotting his path to the US Masters title after displaying devastating form so far this season.
The world's best golfer is already leading the betting for the tournament, priced at 11/10 with Ladbrokes.
And Woods, ominously for the rest of the golf world, has claimed that he is playing his best golf ever.
"This is the best stretch I have ever played," Woods said.
"I have a better understanding of how to play the game and how to fix my game, and have a lot more shots than I've ever had," said the 32-year-old.
He added: "I'm going to have to work on a few things but I'm very pleased at the progress that I made this week.
"The ability to adapt and figure things out on the fly is something I'm very proud of."
Meanwhile, Ernie Els is the favourite to win the Honda Classic, which starts on Thursday (February 28th), rated at 14/1 with Paddy Power.
