Woods Eyes-up Grand Slam
Wednesday 09 April 2008 at 10:34 Tiger Woods has spoken about becoming the first man to win a grand slam of all four major titles in one season.
His dream begins with the US Masters this week, where he is seen as the runaway favourite to lift the trophy at 6/5 with Coral.
The world number one has won 13 majors in his illustrious career so far and came close to the grand slam in 2000 when he won the US Open, BritishOpen and USPGA Championship.
Woods spoke of the challenges that all the players' face at Augusta, saying: "You have to keep evolving here because the golf course keeps changing.
"They keep changing the greens on you, the fairways, the tee angles, there's little subtle changes and obviously you need to mark that down and put it in your memory banks."
The US Masters starts on Thursday at Augusta National course where Woods tees off alongside Angel Cabrera and Stuart Appleby at 3.45 GMT.
According to the bookmakers, Tiger has a real chance of winning all four majors in 2008, with odds of 9/1 with Paddy Power to complete the grand slam.
