Premier League And Coca Cola Championship Transfers Continue
Wednesday 30 July 2008 at 09:01
PremiershipTransfers continue to come thick and fast this week as the new Premier League and Coca Cola Championship seasons approach.

Yesterday's moves saw Lee Cattermole go from Middlesborough to Wigan Athletic for approximately £3.5 million, while Chris Eagles left Manchester United for Burnley. The fee has not been disclosed.

Following the signings, Boro are 8/1 at VC Bet to go down next year, with the Latics 7/2 at Boylesports.

Meanwhile, Burnley remain one of the favourites for relegation to Coca Cola League One at 9/2 with Blue Square.

United are still the best backed team to win the Premier League title for a third year in a row, with odds of 11/8 available on Sir Alex Ferguson's side at William Hill.

The latest transfer rumours suggest that David Bentley could make the move from Blackburn Rovers to Tottenham Hotspur.

Blackburn confirmed they are talking to the London club about a deal, which is thought to be worth in the region of £17 million.

The north-west team are 11/2 at Bet 365 for a top six finish, with Spurs evens at Ladbrokes.ADNFCR-1141-ID-18707363-ADNFCR
