We need to use cookies on some of the more advanced features of our site so
we can provide the more complex functionality & security. There's nothing
sinister about it.
To find out if your cookie/privacy settings are what is causing the log in
problem then try the following steps.
For Internet Explorer 6 / Windows XP users
From within Internet Explorer, select
TOOLS > OPTIONS
Click on the tab for "Privacy"
If this shows "Block all cookies" then this is why you can't log in
If you move this to "High" then everything should work fine
Explorer 5.x
Select "Options | Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Change to the "Security" tab
Click "Custom Level..."
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
Set "Allow cookie that are stored on your computer" to "Enable"
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable"
Explorer 4.x installed:
Select "Options | Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Change to the "Security" tab.
Select "Custom" and click "Settings..."
Scroll down to the "Security" section.
Select "Always accept cookies" or "Prompt before accepting cookies"
Click "OK"
