Back Leon to Win X Factor 4

Leon keeps improving each week and we have a feeling this week will be his best yet. Confidence will be at its highest for this 19 year old who is a great bet to upset the odds on Rhydian.
Rhydian clearly has the best voice but is that enough to gain the lions share of the public vote? The kids will be voting for Same Difference but their phone bills are already sky high and might not be able to afford to press the redial button much more.

The support for Rhydian continues and he is now as low as 8/13 with Coral to win X Factor 4. Thats far too short a price at this early stage as we have seen many shocks in past x factors.
Niki continues to look like the best bet and can now be backed at 11/2 with Skybet. Remember it all comes down to the voting in the final and the very likeable Niki could have a bigger fan club than Rhydian.

Was it a big shock that Futureproof and Hope were in the bottom two last week? If you read our stats below then you will see that 5 out of the last 6 finalists have been soloists. Perhaps the biggest shock was that Same difference seem to have built up such a big fan club!!
Beverley improved again and can be backed at 10/1 with Paddy Power. Lyons performance put him in the shake up and saw his ods drop to just 7/1 with Blue Square.
Rhydian was also a big mover in the xfactor betting market, shortening to 6/4 with Paddy Power. But nothing changes our opinion of Niki who we still think is the best bet to win Xfactor and can now be backed at 10/3 with VC Bet.

The exit of Emily from xfactor hasnt affected the outright betting as she was at long odds to win the show. Niki remains the favourite and our confident selection to win X factor 2007 at 5/2 with Ladbrokes.

Rhydian was also impressive with his week 2 performance from The Phantom of the Opera and he can now be backed to win xfactor at 10/3 with Stan James. But he seems to continue to annoy people and many think that it wouldnt be right for an opera/show style singer to win X factor. Can you really see the british public favouring Rhydian over the much more likeable Niki?
Hope continued to look good and are now 4/1 with Coral whilst Futureproof can be backed at 5/1 with Betfred. Whilst Hope look to be improving, Futureproof could fail to live up to early expectations.
The only others who look to be in with a realistic chance are Leon at 14/1 with Coral, Andy 14/1 with BlueSq and Beverley at 25/1 with Sportingbet.
A great alternative bet to backing Niki is to back the 25s and over to be the winning x factor category. The odds have drifted slightly after the elimination of Daniel but Beverley seems to be improving and like Niki has a great story and is very likeable.

We have looked at the stats from past x factors and analysed the talent and voting patterns to bring you tips for X Factor 4. We think Niki is currently the best bet to win XFactor at 5/1 with Coral.
Nikis group, the over 25s look the best bet to be the winning category at 15/8 with Paddy Power.
Past X Factor Winners
The groups havent faired well in xfactor so far with just G4 making the final two places in the first three xfacors. This year however, Futureproof and Hope look very good and after week 1 they were at the head of the market with most bookies.
Futureproof can be backed at 9/2 with Totesport to win X factor 4 whilst Hope are availabel at 4/1 with Coral.
16-24s have won the last two years and filled first and second spot in X-Factor 3.
But its Niki from the over 25s category who is next in the betting for x factor 4 and after an excellant first show performance she can be backed at 5/1 with Blue Square to be the second X factor winner aged over 25.

If you want to follow the trends from the last two x factors and go with a younger soloist then the next in the betting is Rhydian at 8/1 with Totesport. But it seems that Rhydian could well annoy too many people and the public may want rid of him before too long.
The bookies think that Simon Cowell maybe able to produce the first x factor winning group but the value at this stage looks to be with the talented Niki.

Bet on winning Xfactor Category and Manager
For x factor4 there is a change to the format with the entry age dropped to 14 and the young Male and Female xfactor contestants split up.
With Simon Cowells groups heading the betting markets, the groups are the 13/8 favourites to be the winning category with VC Bet.
With two of Sharons acts finish at the bottom in week one, the 14-24s female group have been written off at 12/1 with Paddy Power.
With Nicki putting up a great performance in week one and Daniel showing a lot of potential the over 25s could be the best bet. You wouldnt want to rule out school teacher Beverley at this stage either as Louis Walsh looks to have a great chance to get one over on Simon Cowell.
