Really likeable type who was 3rd in this race on reappearance last term and went on to be 2nd in hot handicaps at Epsom, Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood thereafter. 3lb higher than last year so will need to be fully wound up for this first start but should run very well if that is the case.

Broke his duck at the 6th time of asking when stepped up to 2 miles for the first time at Kempton in February. No reason why the switch to turf should inconvenience him and could be a type to progress nicely as a 4 year old so should run well this afternoon.

An interesting 2000 Guineas in that the short priced fav offers each way opportunities. He will take plenty of beating on all known form but this lad showed high class form at 2, winning a group 3 here before finishing 2nd to City Of Troy in the Dewhurst. Not seen since but Owen Burrows will surely have him spot on for this so every chance of him running very well at a price with stamina unlikely to be an issue.

Smart progression last season, picking up a couple of victories at Windsor. Well beaten in group and listed company thereafter but ran well enough a couple of times at Lingfield this spring to suggest this mark may not be beyond him so would be no surprise to see a bold effort back on turf.

High class 2 year old, winning a pair of group 3s at Naas and Royal Ascot before landing the group 1 Cheveley Park here in September. Showed stamina will be no issue when 2nd in the Breeders Cup Juvenile Filles when last seen so could be one to run very well at a price.
