Obviously Juventus have just won the cup but they're a bit of a mess with sacking Allegri and coming away to a Bologna side that have had a sensational season and can finish ahead of Juventus with a win here then I expect the home side to get the win.

Juventus are in a strange place because obviously they're a very defensive side but they've been in poor form much of 2024 and have now sacked Allegri whilst Bologna are very good defensively and look in a great place, so I could see a 1-0 or 2-0 home here and under 2.50 goals.

Bologna have had an amazing season and this is the last home match of the season under the lights and the chance to secure a finish ahead of a Juventus side that are pretty defensively and just sacked Allegri which can't help preparation, so I am backing an away win and against btts here.

I always think when two defensive top sides come against each other that it's often an unexpected goalscorer that opens proceedings, if they're opened at all. Kristansen has been solid all without scoring but is an athletic fullback whilst we scored Bologna's other fullback score his first of the season last week in Napoli, so I could see Kristiansen doing the same in this match.

These both just very defensive top sides on exactly the same points this season but given it's Bologna's last match of the season and they're in a much more stable place considering Juventus won the cup and then sacked Allegri, I can see a comfortable type of 2-0 home win that Bologna have pulled off consistently this season.

San Lorenzo lost this fixture with a couple of late goals in January but it was a tight match and Lanus have been pretty strong away from home in 2024 with 5 wins in 7 from the league phrase but San Lorenzo have taken 11 points from their last 6 home matches, so I think this will be a good match and can see it ending in a draw.

I actually am backing over 2.50 goals here because I think both in terms of San Lorenzo at home and Lanus on the road have been in good form and will have confidence in their approach to this match whilst Lanus have scored fairly regularly on the road with a 4-0 and 3-2 win from their last 4 away matches whilst San Lorenzo have a goal in them at home, so I am backing over 2.50 goals here.

It took a couple of late goals for Lanus to win 2-0 in this fixture a few months ago but it was a tight match and there didn't look to be much between the sides. San Lorenzo since then have been pretty strong at home winning 3 of their last 4 whilst Lanus have won 5/7 away matches this season. Neither are great defensively and I think both will fancy their chances, so I can see a draw and btts here.

I think that Lanus are probably the more likely to score here considering they won here 2-0 at the end of January and that's why I am backing them first goal. It was a tight match then and set pieces could separate these teams initially, so I am backing Luciatti as a CB who scored 5 league goals last season to get the first goal here.

Lanus are capable of scoring twice in this fixture because they did it 4 months ago in a late 2-0 win, but the game overall was quite tight and I think both come into this with good home form and away form respectively over recent months. I think confidence will be high and both will go for the win, so I can see a 2-2 draw here.
