Corach Rambler may well have needed the run at Cheltenham Festival Gold Cup after 111 day break, with his actual target being the Grand National, however he UR at the first in that race in the National. He comes here now and should be fully fit for it and there is every chance he could cut the 13l defeat to Gallopin Des Champs in the Gold Cup to a much shorter distance and if the odds on fav is not at his best he may well come on enough to reverse the form. 18/1 offers some value he does.

After having to go wide on the home turn Asian Master done well to finish 5th, 5l behind the winner Slade Steel. (Mystical Power 2nd, Firefox 3rd both running today were in that race.) Of them all Asian master is the one who has the potential to do better than that run, despite going wide he also just missed the kick (maybe because he was wide) when they started going for home and that cost several lengths. Previous two wins stand up well and at 18/1 the 7yo looks as if he has it in him to turn the Cheltenham form around. EW NAP.
