PANDORA'S GIFT only needed to be ridden to the line to win comfortably (by 4.5 lengths) last time out at Lingfield. She's had 2 runs over course and distance and has won once and been placed once. She has a whopping 75% strike rate both over the trip and on similar going and is 2 wins from 3 runs on this surface. She's stepping up to listed class today but to be honest I think she's going to take it on her stride. She hasn't yet been tested in her runs so she's nowhere near reaching her ceiling. Rossa Ryan is back in the saddle today and is currently 2 from 2 when riding this filly. She's clearly very classy and has to rate a huge player in this contest.

ME WEE BONNIE LASS may well be long odds but having both tipped and backed her last time out she won with consummate ease. The manner of her victory suggests there is a massive amount left in the tank. Although she hasn't run at this course before she has won at Gowan Park and that track is of a similar configuration to this one. She's 3 from 4 for this trainer and she'll clearly like the conditions today. Cromwell's hurdlers have been in good form of late so that bodes well and although this represents a step up in class she looks the type to take that rise in her stride. Big player.

This should be another one in the bag for the Willie Mullins yard. BLIZZARD OF OZ has great form in the bag. He's won over course and distance (1 from 1) he'll like the conditions and is 1 from 1 when Paul Townend rides him. Mullins's 32% strike rate at Punchestown will help as will his 30% strike rate with his 6 year olds. This trainer and jockey partnership has a wonderful 43.75% strike rate in 2024. This has to be one of Willies best chances today. Big player here

ADAAY IN DEVON represents Rod Millman here who has a 25% strike rate at Ascot in the last 12 months and has a 23.81% SR with his 3 year olds in 2024. When Silvestre De Sousa rides for him they have a 25% strike rate in 2024 and his runners over this trip are profitable to follow. He's had 2 runners in this class of race of which 1 won. This is well on the way to being rods best season for a while. This horse looks sure to play a prominent role.

DRAMATIC STAR takes part in this contest representing William Haggas. This Sea the Stars Colt has an excellent pedigree and although there is a decent standard to aim at if he's anything like his sire he should be able to make the frame. His trailer has a great strike rate at this venue (21.45% All time stats). This trainer has an excellent record with his 3 year olds and so far the jockey and trainer partnership has a 24.14% SR in 2024. Haggas's runners over this trip have a 33.33% SR and in April he has a 23.33% strike rate which has to be respected. Looks at least a place prospect in this contest.

ZHAROVA looks the bet of the day for me. She's a nicely bred Kingman filly whose related to some smart types. The trainer is 1 from 1 at Naas (42.86% over 12 months) and has a 42.86% strike rate with his 3 year olds so far in 2024. This jockey and trainer partnership has a whopping 40% strike rate in 2024 and he is 1 from 1 with his 6f runners. Has a 37.5% strike rate in April. All things considered this horse has a massive chance in this race.

I can't see past FORESEEN in this race. This horse won over course and distance 28 days ago on debut and given this horse is open to any amount of improvement he must have a great chance. Especially if you consider the fact that his trainer has a 35% strike rate on the turf in the last fortnight (jockey has a 19.23% SR). His trainer has a 41.67% strike rate at Chantilly in 2024, a 30.3% SR when Pasquier rides for him, a 38.89% SR with his runners over this trip and a 28.57% SR in April all bodes well for this horse's chances here. The one they have to beat.

WILL CARVER wasn't right last time out and was pulled up as Nico heard a noise. He's had a breathing operation and Henderson's horses have been in much better form of late. He's a talented individual who's won the races he's won with consummate ease. Nicky says he's been working well at home so everything seems set for a big run here. Rates a cracking bet at these odds.

WINGSPAN looks to hate a good chance in this. She's extremely well related and trained by the maestro Aidan O'Brien, who has a 40% strike rate at this track in the last 12 months. Whenever Oisin Murphy is booked to ride it always looks significant. That's why I've gone for FLOWERING who was a bit unlucky with the way the race unfolded last time out in the sense that she finished first of those who were out the back. I suspect she'll be ridden more handily today so has to have a great chance for a trainer who does well at this track.

LARCHILL LASS looks very interesting in this race. I always like to follow Territories progeny in a sprint and this race is no exception. My feeling is that this horse will run well for Karl Burke and Clifford Lee, who have already had a couple of juvenile wins this season so look a force to be reckoned with going forward. This trainer has a 21.43% strike rate at this track in the last 12 months and is 2 from 7 with his 2 year olds in 2024. The jockey and trainer combo has a strike rate of just over 22% and Burke's runners in this class of race have a 21.15% strike rate. Runners from this yard have been profitable to follow in April (over £13 profit to a £1). Big chance

Sir Gino is said to be back firing on all cylinders but I'm going to stick with KALIF DU BERLAIS who looked a very exciting prospect last time out in the Adonis (Group 2) on the same going as he encounters today. Looks to me to be up to this assignment. Nicholls has a 45.45% strike rate with his 4 year olds in 2024 and a 30.7% SR when Harry Cobden rides for him. Will probably be bang in tune ahead of this run.

GREY DAWNING's run last time out was of a really high standard. Whilst the Willie Mullins runner will attract support it remains to be seen how he will cope with this step up in trip. Dan Skelton has a good record at this track and with conditions spot on for this horse he's going to be massively difficult to beat. Trainer has a 26.15% strike rate in 2024 with his 7 year olds, has a 24.32% strike rate when Harry rides for him (£23.84 profit to a £1 stake in 2024) and this horse has a 50% SR at the trip, a 66.7% on today's going and has a 75% SR in this class of race. Stable is still bang in form so for me he's the winner.

Alice has a 17% strike rate in this class of race so far in 2024 and April's 25% strike rate adds to the positivity surrounding this horse's chances here. Big player.

REMARKABLE FLIGHT hasn't quite lived up to her breeding but she's the type to do better as a 3 year old. Standard to slow didn't suit last time out but the going being standard may be beneficial as well as a step up in trip too. Enters handicap on a reasonable mark and Jim Crowley takes over in the saddle which may just give her a little more confidence in her race. This horse is Jim Crowley's only ride of the meeting so seems likely to go well here.

MUNDI is a beautifully bred Galileo Colt whose relations include the top class Churchill. Yet again A P O'Briens horses are running well at Leopardstown and so are his 3 year olds. His milers are on a 25% strike rate in 2024 and this race doesn't look like it would take much winning for a horse with his breeding and connections. 29.41% strike rate in April adds to the positive vibe. Huge player in this race.
